1. Introduction

StageFlow ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the StageFlow mobile app (the "App") handles information when you use it.

We are based in the United Kingdom and comply with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What We Collect

In short: nothing. StageFlow does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server we control. There is no analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDK in the app.

If You Email Us

If you contact us for support, we see the email address you send from, used solely to reply to you.

3. Data Storage & iCloud

The app saves your shows and timelines locally on your device only, by default. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.

If you opt into iCloud sync in Settings, your show data is encrypted end-to-end and stored in your personal iCloud account, managed entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data.

4. Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction — we never see or store your payment details.

5. Children's Privacy

StageFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
