1. Introduction

Downforce ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Downforce mobile app (the "App") handles information when you use it.

We are based in the United Kingdom and comply with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What We Collect

In short: nothing. Downforce makes no network calls of any kind. There is no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDK anywhere in the app, and no account or sign-in.

The following are not collected, because the app has no way to collect them:

If You Email Us

If you contact us for support, we see the email address you send from, used solely to reply to you.

3. Data Storage

Your career progress — coins, Garage upgrades, unlocked circuits and difficulty tiers, best lap "ghosts," and your rival's win–loss record — is stored locally on your device only, using standard iOS local storage. We do not have access to it, and it is never transmitted anywhere.

There is currently no iCloud sync and no in-app reset option: deleting the app removes all of this data, and reinstalling starts fresh.

Game Center

Downforce does not currently use Game Center. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated first.

4. Purchases

The optional one-time "Full Access" unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction — we never see or store your payment details.

Nothing about the purchase is required: every circuit, Hard difficulty and Hot Seat can still be earned for free by playing, exactly as if the purchase didn't exist.

5. Children's Privacy

Downforce does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all. The app is suitable for a general audience.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
